IAMV Youth Group Overview

Founded in 2005, the IAMV Youth Group gives young people opportunities to build community spirit, develop leadership skills, participate in meaningful activities, and complete volunteer service that can support college applications. The group also offers engaging ways for youth to have fun, stay involved, and connect with their community.

• Develop leadership skills that support college applications and future community involvement, including participation in IAMV activities.

• Strengthen connections between the Indian community and the broader local community, including towns and local event organizers.

• Encourage and reinforce values like friendship, empathy, & integrity etc.

• Sharpen skills for effective communication
